Exercise in Bed

Something different for this Blog

Easy exercises you can do in four minutes flat in bed. Energize yourself for the day. Relax yourself for some solid sleep every evening. If you do this every morning and evening for 120 years I guarantee you will live long :^)

I've recently written a Google Knol Exercise in Bed - Do Your 4's that describes some easy exercises I have done almost every day for the past six or seven years.

Why not give them a try?

I tried your exercise, but I ran out of imaginary bungee chords after the first set of 4's. Besides, those chords have metal hooks on their ends which could be injurious to my air mattress. I'm very healthy too. I think the four or five walks per night that I take from the bed to the toilet keep me in top shape. -Joel

Thanks Joel :^) There is an imaginary store that sells (actually gives away) imaginary bungee cords with plastic hooks.

Keep a count of your healthy walks to the rest room. A one-week sum of all (day plus night) visits reveals your true biological age.
